@chrisscoff@virginmedia I get the same message, have rebooted the router just in case, but still not working. As you say, VM are having a laugh. What a bunch of incompetent idiots.
@virginmedia With respect, your reply is very bland, does not confirm the problem, nor the fix time. Elsewhere your colleagues are reporting a damaged fibre cable at your New Malden data centre. So my question, again, is this fault on schedule to be fixed by 16:00 today ?
@virginmedia been without TV and broadband in Morden since 09:20am yesterday, what a shambolic service. Is the fix by 16:00 today actually likely or just another virgin media promise waiting to be broken?
