This is a nunced article on the impact of AI on jobs, but like many articles it assumes AI Agents will become 100% automated - or rather organisations become confident in 100% automation - not even trail blazers like Walmart with its “super agents” are doing this yet.

I think more likely we see organisations reduce expanding their existing headcount using AI tools to sweat their people assets more….
