Great news--Green Card approved in only three (3) months! Filed the NIW-based Form I-485 Adjustment package on 2/23/26 and the Green Card was approved on 5/30/26. Fastest approval of an I-485 case I've seen since before COVID.
Wow! My client's Form I-765 work card application just got approved in only 5 weeks , no premium processing. The I-765 was part of an NIW-based I-485 Adjustment package. (Filed 4/20/26, approved 5/29/26)
Wow-USCIS does something right. Just got an employment-based Form I-485 #immigration case approved in just under six months. Based on an approved EB2 National Interest Waiver. Well done, USCIS. Keep it up!
