@acoyne Isn't it more insane to be drawn into these silly and arguably non effective actions? One of his many, many trolls and it appears you went hook, line and sinker.
@fordnation Doug, are you good with the Dundas Square and Ryerson University name changes? Their past actions are being measured against today's liberal standards. Today's leaders (such as you) could be measured against future standards and viewed negatively. So I agree, stop the nonsense!
@DearClimate I literally just replied to Mark Carney asking him to comment on Toronto's Dundas Square and Ryerson University. If the name changing theme continues isn't there a chance Mr. Carney could one day be viewed most unfavorably?
@MarkJCarney Mark - Please make the same comments about Dundas Square in Toronto. Or Ryerson university. Yes, you could say Ryerson and Dundas were not saints and may not warrant the acclaim (especially when viewed in today's context). Couldn't the very same thing happen to you in the future?
@ABDanielleSmith Doug - Please follow, watch, and learn from Danielle. Your actions of late will not stand any test of time. let alone the here and now. Good argument can be made you're harming Ontario much more than these tariffs might... Get back on course !!
@DLeBlancNB This is very positive. You could maximize this to get negotiations going again. This could be used (rightly so) as part of the framing to declare a successful outcome to a final round of trade talks.. Take advantage of this opportunity !!!
@MarkJCarney Why not release the details of the agreement? Mulroney called an election on free trade. He involved the people who the government works for in the decision. Wayyyyy too much of this current situation had a bad smell to it. Recall parliament, have the required debates...
@jkenney Jason, have you seen the details of the agreement? Can you confirm the auto tariff was actually 25%? Do you have faith (or can you confirm) the workers at the GM Silverado plant in Oshawa will do better with the current approach to trade negotiations?
@MarkJCarney Release the details of the trade deal, let us review and understand what it was all about. Recall parliament so ALL of our elected representatives (the people, including you, who work for us) can reach democratic solutions to our current very risky situation.
@YoungStreete The relationship Mulroney had with Reagan is the same type and level of relationship Carney promised to develop and leverage with Trump. He boasted about being the ideal candidate to get the best deal for Canada. Seems awfully sketchy at this point .....
@TheBuckYouWill Choose wisely, in capitals even... For something this important both groups or all Canadians (Americans too) should have a much better understanding of what was in the deal. Seems like a logical path.
@jamiljivani Well said. Smiled (sadly) at the part about Liberal leaders like Doug Ford. He's like a top near the end of its spin. You know, when it starts wobbling around (not on it's true or original course) unpredictably darting here and there, in a dangerous reckless fashion..
