We’re looking for an experienced Farm Manager at Anderson Farms in St. Thomas, ON to run daily operations at one of Canada’s largest and most successful commercial thoroughbred breeding operations.

The job:
• Daily care of broodmares, foals and yearlings
• Running foaling and breeding season — scheduling, staffing, night watch
• Hiring and supervising farm staff
• Coordinating vets, farriers and breeding shed
• Maintaining Health, breeding and registration records

You need:
• Real hands-on experience managing a breeding farm or large equine operation
• Strong foaling and broodmare background
• Ability to lead a crew and hold a standard
• Clean driver’s licence, comfortable on equipment
• Available through foaling and breeding season — this is not a 9-to-5 job

Compensation includes housing, vehicle and full benefits.
