Tuesday I was laid off.

Yesterday, I walked out the door holding my boys’ hands, head held high.

My role was eliminated due to finances, not performance. It stings, but I’m proud of the work I’ve done.

Now looking for what’s next, let’s connect.

The statistics are a reminder of how urgent it is to act now, but the actual people who are impacted every day - from people living with dementia to their care partners - are the ones we need to think of.
