I have put forward a Parliamentary motion calling for the Government to fund the urgent repairs needed at Stepping Hill. The state of Stepping Hill Hospital is the biggest issue that comes up on the doorstep. Residents deserve better!

Successful in-person surgery today in #Gatley. Since July I have been hosting online surgeries, as well as pop-up street surgeries, so I'm glad we've been able to start these too.

Important that all those wanting to #GTTO take note of this (and other recent by elections). Lots of Tory voters are currently ‘staying home’. The GE will be a much tougher proposition. Lib Dems and Labour can #GTTO but we shouldn’t fall into trap of thinking it’ll be easy.

UK should move to a much softer Brexit as quickly as possible on a unilateral basis, start looking more like Norway and Switzerland, for the sake of the British people and the economy. That means not seeking to distance from EU standards.
