I’m excited to be part of the working group helping guide the creation of the new dive wreck, the MV Andrew Wilson. This 40m x 10m construction vessel has been donated to the South Australian Government
Having an absolute ball in Portland, Victoria, at our annual Historical Diving Weekend!
It's fantastic to see so many divers coming together to celebrate the history of our sport, with divers entering the water wearing a variety of traditional brass diving helmets
Today will be a good day.
I've got my coffee, my emotional support shark, and I'm ready to take on whatever the day throws at me.
Wishing everyone a fantastic day ahead. Be kind, stay positive, and remember. you're fin-tastic!
Have a great day, everyone!
Got to love days like this!
A big thanks to my good mate Peter Stephenson for calling in with an incredible spread of fresh tuna and a variety of fish he caught and prepared himself. From Patsy McFarlane delicious homemade pumpkin soup. #food
A great way to start a Monday morning.
Standing on the beach, enjoying a bit of peace before the week begins. The ocean always has a way of clearing the mind and putting things into perspective.
Have a great week everyone. #peaceandlove
Finished up an incredible 7 days diving in Santo with Deep Blue Ventures and Pacific Dive. Great dives, great friends and plenty of laughs along the way.
Trips like this are never just about the diving it’s the people you share it with that make it special. #deepblueventure
Good teams are hard to find, and when you’re diving deep, trust means everything. Marc Payne and Roland Hügli are the best and a crew I trust completely.
We’re having an awesome time out here with a few more dive days to go. Got a bit of a niggly back.
Excited to be back speaking on the Tech Stage at the Go Diving Show Australia this September in Sydney.
Even better, this whole bunch are also speaking on the Tech Stage the same day. 📷
Somehow we keep ending up together all around the world from dive shows. #diveshow
Excited for the next few weeks ahead. Next week I’ll be in Vanuatu diving to 100 metres, then only 2 weeks later I’ll be back in Portland diving in traditional brass helmets.
From deep technical diving with mixed gas and decompression to stepping back into the history. #diving
Great weekend of diving. Saturday was vintage gear diving with Toby and David on 70-year-old regulators, then Sunday was wreck diving on rebreathers with Mel and Craig. Amazing how diving has evolved from the old Cousteau-Gagnan days to modern rebreathers.
Only 3 spots remain on our Jacques Cousteau Tribute Tour hosted by me and it’s shaping up to be a fun adventure.
Our last few expeditions have been amazing, with guests seeing up to 4 Great White Sharks per day and on one day we encountered 6 Great Whites!
Day 3 at TekAsia by OZTek & ADEX and what an experience!
Working alongside ADEX - Asia Dive Expo legends David Strike & Richard Taylor as emcees/moderators — 8-hour days and flat out!
The calibre of presentations has been brilliant. So much knowledge in the tech diving community.
Just finished today’s talk at the Boston Sea Rovers and what a cool experience.
It was an honour to be invited to speak. I talked about the shipwrecks in Darwin Harbour and, of course, couldn’t resist sneaking in a few photos of sharks.
