Why the heck are divorced parents allowed to move a child away to a different state without approval from the other parent?
I don't see any reason this should be allowed unless both parents agree to it.
If both parents are involved in raising the kid.. I don't see why one parent gets to decide everything.
So now if the other parent wants to see the kid they have to fly across state lines?
Seems unfair
Since the FBI shamelessly does this every year, it remains necessary to point out that the FBI collected dossiers on every prominent American - and almost assuredly still does - and used it to try to blackmail MLK into committing suicide upon threat of exposing his private life:
