@bt_uk why do your customer service managers not follow up complaints that have been passed over to them. Every time I call in I get told they will call on a certain date but it never happens.

@greeneking Masons Arms, Wickersly. Booked a table for 7pm, ordered food at 7:05pm. Food eventually arrived at 8:30pm. And all this with a very limited choice, no steaks, no gammon, no fish n chips, no pies. Very un happy customer
