@bronifty @wesleytodd@matthewcp@bengl@winglangio (wing maintainer 👋) I think pinning as many development deps as possible removes a whole class of issues for contributors
pinning pnpm’s version probably isn’t the most important of our dependencies (e.g. node, rust, clang) but it *guarantees we won’t have issues with it
Now Ezno's checker is open source I thought it was time for new post. It includes a deep dive into some of the current logic if you are interested in contributing!

type level programming is immensely satisfying because of the immediate feedback. your language server becomes a REPL and errors are lifted to compile-time. uwu
Today I finally found some time to experiment with this concept of a tiny #AWS SDK. Introducing "itty-aws" - a TypeScript AWS SDK with a 40KB bundle size regardless of how many services you use.
It was an afternoon side project, so consider it "beta" 😅

Finally @emeshbi's https://t.co/k8sMKKMM0h is public - and went straight to the top of Hacker News!

Beautiful illustration of the impressive DX you can achieve by tying infra and code - write a TypeScript-like language and forget about provisioning!
@andrewbrown@emeshbi and @mattbonig are definitely trying to create a brand new, portable cloud programming language with Wing, super early days but I do think the vision is there. @QuinnyPig must have thoughts on the concept
I feel super privileged to be part of this wonderful team.
Super excited about the direction we're headed and the awesome work we've done so far. Come check it out!
I couldn't be more excited to share what I've been hacking on with the amazing gang at @monadahq in the past six months! ❤️
We are starting to invite folks to https://t.co/3lN1j0JIS9 alpha.

There's a lot more to your codebase than just.. code. We want to make it easier to create interactive docs, support your team workflows, and bring your repo to life

So I've been looking for a good definition of GitOps and a lot of them are like:
"A methodology that keeps configuration in version control …" (Me: Yes!)
"… where pull requests are the change management system …" (Me: YES!!!)
"… that uses Kubernetes" (Me: Kill me now)
> Notifications for any issue are grouped under a parent card as replies.
This feature is even bigger than the one from the blog title! Really glad to see work continuing on this project again.
@adamdotdev@t3dotgg The distinction is sadly difficult sometimes. The help itself is fine, but then you need people to see it, otherwise the help doesn't materialize.
So one has to use the same techniques a grifter uses because it effectively gets eyes.
It doesn't make you a grifter though!
