@British_Airways I eventually got rebooked to fly to Washington DC via United then DC to Heathrow then Heathrow to Edinburgh. I later found out after I landed that they cancelled the flight from DC to Heathrow on the 22nd and I was now having to fly a day later via Lufthansa to Frankfurt
@British_Airways that they didn’t open until 4:30pm and were using a third party company to rebook passengers which took at least an hour per passenger to rebook onto another flight as the next flight was fully booked and the existing passengers got priority!
@British_Airways and told us to try again tomorrow. I wasn’t given a hotel voucher so had to pay out of pocket. Got a few hours sleep then got an Uber to the airport at 8am the following morning to find my bag as they lost it. Once I got my bag I went to the BA check in desk only to find out that
@British_Airways This has been a nightmare journey for me with BA! My original flight was supposed to land in Glasgow on Friday afternoon. I flew from Tucson to Phoenix on Thursday evening and the flight from Phoenix to Heathrow kept being delayed until 2am when they finally offloaded our bags
