I find it one of the most impressive Science Fiction movies ever created.

At the time my need for it to have an abundance of Xenomorphs on screen wasn’t so prevalent. The connection with the existing Alien universe was maybe small, but for me it was enough and even an encouragement to judge it on it’s own merits.

The promise of a third outing, after Alien Covenant, with Michael Fassbender excites me so much. I’d love to see that story concluded (and maybe even have a profound impact on the larger Alien lore).

Prometheus is a movie I’ll keep rewatching, usually twice or sometimes three times a year. I love the visuals. I love the music and sound design. I truly love all performances (Charlize Theron: “Father!”). Wow. A classic in my perception.
