The Mountain Spinach seeds we planted back in March are coming up strong and showing their beautifully vibrant colors, which means it’s time to take them from the safety of the greenhouse for their first exposure to the elements. The farm team moved all trays out to wagons so the plants can harden off before transplanting in the fields.

We can feel things picking up around here, and it’s safe to say spring is officially in full swing. 💚
