Very unpleasant Hotwire experience. booked rental car on the app. Confirmation had right dates, but time was off by 2hrs. Seemed like an easy fix. Called Hotwire and they wanted to charge me to change the reservation!

When I explained that the system adjusted the time by 2 hours somehow, the hotwire lady told me that this happens sometimes but I still have to pay to change the reservation! I explained that I see this as an absurd situation, and if they want to lose a reservation
