@virginmedia I have been trying to resolve an ongoing problem since 27Oct. After 4 calls I have got nowhere. Latest call cut off 10.23 today. I want a direct number to complaints. Your service is the worst anywhere. If I don’t hear back I will cancel my direct debit.

@virginmedia Yes, neither of those work, 15 minute wait on the phone then cut off, this happened twice. Was told they would call me back but of course that didn’t happen. Tried the what’s app method and of course you were “very busy” received a message back 3 hrs later. CALL ME!

Honestly, you are absolutely useless. You leave me no choice. I am cancelling my payment method and I will wait to hear from you. You are simply the worst.
