@Ravious101 You should just get a lawyer and apply mechanically against the gentleman’s property. I don’t know what state you’re in, but generally speaking most states recognize mechanics liens. It would be a lot simpler than trying and breaking your back busting up the work.
Schumer calls the SAVE America Act “Jim Crow 2.0.”

Schumer even said people use Social Security cards or driver’s licenses to prevent fraud.
CAUGHT!
President Trump exposes Chuck Schumer's hypocrisy with a 1996 video where Schumer SUPPORTS ID:
"Everywhere people go, they're asked for a Social Security card. In fact, one way to prove you're a bona-fide person who can have a job is to ask for a driver's license and a Social Security card. This is an anti-fraud amendment.
Why can't you stop illegal immigrants or others from coming here? And the number one answer... is when they come here they can get jobs, get benefits against the law because of fraud!"
Now, Schumer calls Voter ID laws "Jim Crow 2.0"
