#O2 I am now on my 9th call to your call centre. Back in April You invited me to upgrade, I did,. it didn't arrive, I have called 9 times, each time getting a 'ticket' number and promises of a call back. I can't cancel, I cant re order, my phone is dying, somebody HELP!!

Is anyone listening? Thousands of local businesses employing tens of thousands , are facing electricity charges up to FIVE TIMES HIGHER than last year!
There is no cap & the full 20% VAT is charged.
