A resident has spoken to object to the plans (and received a round of applause from the public seating area) and @MarkWinnington has also raised concerns. There is no speaker here tonight to speak in support of the application however
One of the issues raised is erection of a fence at the site - and it is being questioned whether the fence is permitted development or unauthorised development. Cllr @MarkWinnington has said the application should be rejected - and Cllr Frances Beatty has proposed rejection
