Think on it; Belgium does not produce oil but has 4 oil refineries.
Scotland is the biggest oil producer in N. Europe but has one oil refinery. Labour is closing Scotland's one refinery and giving Belgium £600m to build a fifth one.
Labour is obviously not on Scotland's side.
