@bullsbarry And I am still concerned about frivolous lawsuits and tort reform. I also hold in high regard a citizen’s right to the courts if he or she feels wronged. And the courts evaluate their claim, not the media.

@bullsbarry In a dispute, evidence is presented as part of the dispute. The courts do not start by saying, “There is no evidence.” They receive the claim and the evidence (or non-evidence, if that helps your blood pressure) and determine if the case should go forward based on the evidence.

@bullsbarry Not sure why you feel I need that lesson. Courts settle disputes of all types. They can even determine if claims are legitimate. And it’s every citizen’s right to present their claim. I hope that right never goes away, no matter the unpopularity of the citizen or the claim.
