@Egline_Samoei Which abroad? All these first world countries are talking of cutting down immigration. UK 🇬🇧 is not employing nurses at the moment, Nurses who have already passed nclex US🇺🇸 are still stuck because of retrogression.

Can some of these universities and KMTC stop training Nurses for a few years? Or rather increase the minimum qualifications. The market is so saturated, i hear hakuna jobs kenya, or unapata you’re being paid peanuts. The profession is not noble anymore.
