@KeithAllen517 @lee_ryder Completely agree. The CAT process puts pressure on the PL as they know the skeletons in the cupboard will be made public. With arbitration they have some influence over the rhetoric in the appointed panel but not with the CAT judiciary. They can’t afford that to happen after ESL
