@AmericanAir Flight 860 is a total nightmare. We should have departed from Montego Bay Jamaica to PHL on FRIDAY at 3:11pm. Entire flight has been made to stay 2 extra nights. We all have been forced to stay at the airport. It is now Sunday morning at 4:39am!

@AmericanAir is making teachers, docs, nurses all call out on Monday because they couldn't get their act together to get 180 people home to PHL since Friday at 3pm. Flight aa860 from 4/15. All of us made to sleep in the airport. #getushome

@AmericanAir has all but insured another set of broken promises to 180 passengers trying to get to PHL since Friday at 3pm. No way are they going to have this "new" plane here for 830 takeoff this morning. It hasn't even left DFW yet. Do the math. #strandedinjamaica
