Love isn’t just about wanting to be loved; it’s also about being willing to express it, nurture it, and show up consistently for it. Sometimes the desire is there, but fear, pride, past experiences, or lack of effort get in the way.
I think we all want to experience love, but some—if not most—people are too afraid of the vulnerability that comes with it. Others simply aren’t willing to put in the effort that genuine love requires.

Stop letting people consume you. They didn't call? Go to sleep. They didn't message you? Put your phone down and have a better day. They left you on read? Delete the conversation. They didn't make an effort? Match their energy. Never let your happiness depend on anyone.
