➡ Expected payout: $3,692 after a $3,000 buffer fee
➡ Four separate XAUUSD sell trases, each at 0.5 lots
➡ Only one position was open at a time

The trader says he requested evidence to support the violation but didn’t receive a satisfactory explanation.

Instead of the payout, he was reportedly offered a $25K account.

He also questioned why another trader, Jeremy reportedly received a $2,000 goodwill offer in a case involving an allegedly similar violation.
