@bbz448@MartinSLewis Yes, if you extend you don't pay the higher rate (if it applies), but when you sell the new owner will have to pay it. So you may be better off buying small and doing your own extension
@lowcarbGP Hi. Help please. My partner is diabetic has been LCHF for some time now. He needs an Aortic valve replacement and a CABG and has been told he needs to go low fat after the op. My question is, does LCHF work as well without the high fat element? TIA
@MartinSLewis Hi Martin, I don't always see your daily poll, so you may have asked this already, but would love to know see the answer to 'when did you last order a takeaway?' .... this week/month/year/never. It's a regular thing on my street, but it's something I've never done.
@onlyharshvora @DebandezScott@DrAseemMalhotra I too had a BP in excess of 140/90. I was taking Losartan and Amlodipine. After just 7 months of LCHF, I was tablet free and my BP was around 110/60. A year in and I am now also 23Kg lighter.
@mermhart I have been in the 'obese' category for several years now. Because of a health scare I tried the Low Carb High Fat way of life. My health has improved and I have lost over 30 pounds and 4 inches from my waist (at least I know where it is now!).
