Examination Frauds Are Pouring ‼️😡

This is not an abstract “system failure.” It is a long, documented failure of will.
The CBI finished its probes. Charge-sheets exist. Yet 158 exam-fraud cases still sit untried — some for more than twenty years. Delhi alone has ~25 of them, including AIIMS PG 2010-11 and DU medical entrance 2011. Bihar,
Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, UP, West Bengal and others carry their own pile. Witnesses age out, memories fade, officers get transferred, and the cases quietly rot. That is not inefficiency. That is the system choosing not to deliver justice.

Young people who prepared honestly, families who mortgaged futures, and institutions whose credibility was shredded — all of them have been made to wait while the guilty walked free for years. A punishing law after the fact does not repair the damage already done. A “fool-proof” examination system will never arrive until the state first admits, without spin, that the existing one has been repeatedly compromised and that the response has been glacial.

The new anti-paper-leak law and the promise of special fast-track courts are necessary steps. But they will mean nothing if the same culture of delay, transfer, and soft handling continues. This is no longer a party issue or a state issue. It is a national integrity issue. Every student who sits for a national or state exam is entitled to a process that is clean and to a system that actually prosecutes those who try to subvert it.

Acceptance of past failure is the starting point for any genuine correction — not more announcements, not more committees, and not more selective outrage. The lives of a generation are not collateral damage. I

Congress leader Meenakshi Natarajan’s Rajya Sabha nomination from Madhya Pradesh was rejected because she allegedly did not mention a “case” in her affidavit. Congress says there was no case, only a show cause notice.

Now compare this with BJP leader @RajeevRC_X, who got elected to the Rajya Sabha three times with wealth declarations ranging from ₹25 crore to ₹93 crore.

In Nemom, he again filed an affidavit showing only ₹93 crore, while he himself reportedly claimed in a podcast that he is worth ₹20,000 crore.

Congress candidate @KSSabari1983 also filed a complaint with @ECISVEEP that Rajeev did not declare his 49,000 sq ft Koramangala mansion, worth around ₹200 crore, along with property tax records. The property tax receipt can be downloaded and verified by anyone.

What action was taken?

@ECISVEEP is losing all pretence of neutrality. It now looks less like an election watchdog and more like BJP’s front office.
