Here is my analysis using Fibonacci extensions. I utilized two Fibonacci extensions: one from the low 1999 to the high in August 2011, and the other from the low in December 2015 to the high in August 2020. The extensions of these two Fibonaccis indicate a significant resistance level between 2711 and 2774.32. We perfectly hit this resistance.
Will we see a correction?
According to my technical analysis, it is quite possible that we have reached a top in Gold. If the box is sustainably broken, I remain optimistic. However, I think it wouldn't hurt to take partial profits.
