VCUK have worked with local school (Saint Bedes), and have provided work experience for one of their students. We are also pleased to announced that we are also providing work experience for an unemployed local person in July

Please be aware that the A23 Northbound will be closed from Midnight Friday until early Monday Morning whilst we remove our final crane 🏗 SES Water will be removing their roadworks during this time also.

We had a regular fire drill on site today - with all going smoothly. Whilst everyone was gathered, Project Manager - Richard Etherington presented a JB Hopkins operative with a safety award, for going above and beyond the already high expectations of health and safety 🛠🏗🧱

4 of the Marketfield Way team have planned to walk 70 miles from Winchester to Brighton in 2 days for the @VCUK_Building 'Steps to Health Challenge 2022' - raising awareness of employee wellbeing through exercise. All of us wish them all the best with their trip! 🥾🚶‍♂️

A lot has changed between these two pictures. The first (27.11.20) shows final checks being made to the crane base reinforcement before erection of the tower crane. The second is 30.03.22 which shows the project now. 😃🏗

The cladding/facade works are beginning on the first elevation within the courtyard of the project. Materials have now been loaded out below to begin installation on Monday. 🏗👷🏿‍♂️👷🏼‍♀️👷‍♂️🌄

December is here, which means Christmas is looming. To get into the Christmas spirit; we've got a Santa Claus on the hook block of our Tower crane. Let us know if you can spot him when he's up in the air! 🎅🤶🎄

Our #Construction Level 1 students had a great time visiting a live @VINCI site! They had a tour around the @MarketfieldWay development and were able to gain an insight into the different #trades needed, such as bricklayers, dry liners, crane operators and more 🏗

Alongside most across the country, the staff at Marketfield Way observed a two minute silence in at 11am today. We remembered those who have sacrificed their lives in conflict so we can have our freedom today. We are most grateful.
