nung nanakawan ako ng wallet alam niyo ba dun talaga sumagi sa isip ko na "sayang kayo sa tax" hahahaha. nung nanakawan kasi ako, wala pang 10 mins yun kasi napansin ko kaagad na nawala na yung wallet sa bag ko and since katabi lang ng police station kung saan ako nanakawan, na-report ko agad. but you know what they did? instead of doing an effort para mahanap yung nagnakaw after i described to them the details i remembered, all they did is bigyan lang ako ng upuan and sabihan ng "marami na kayong biktima ma'am, ganyan talaga 'yan. dapat iningatan mo bag mo" and spent all those times just gaslighting me na "at least hindi kayo nasaksak/napahamak" 😃

and please don't get me started with the police blotter they made because we spent half an hour with that report when all the info they need was just my name, age, address, and whatever is in my stolen wallet and pagtanggap ko pa ng paper, mali-mali yung spellings and grammars ng report.

idk about u guys but i think this is also one of the reasons why criminology students are looked down by a lot of people kasi you can see what they can be after pursuing that career. and i am not even generalizing because sure there are good and smart students/police officers but sobrang konti lang nila and they are not enough to cover for the incompetent ones.

yes, naaawa rin ako sa mga students na nadadamay because of their corrupt and incompetent seniors but you really can't blame the people who observed na majority of the behaviors is ganyan.
