@MazzaInvests Im a broker and happy to chat over options. Re paying off a few thousand, this would only be beneficial if this could get you into the next lower loan to value bracket as this will improve rates on offer. Otherwise a few thousand wont make any meaningful difference to payments

@TwoPoundPunt Im a broker and just did a 2 year tracker for myself, 2 and 5 year fixeds are priced pretty similar atm and the trackers seem to have a good margin between them and the fixed options, Most people still opt for the comfort and guarantee of the fixed rates though

@DiscussingFilm Here is our great dane at 11 weeks old, 16 weeks old and about 6 months old. Will be interesting to see how they managed to film a whole movie when the dog grows so fast
