Landsec’s 22-24 Southwark Bridge Road approved unanimously at committee! We are delighted to see another Landsec success in Southwark, with this Southwark Bridge Road site joining Row One, Timber Square, and The Liberty as part of their ‘Bankside Cluster.’

Studio Moren has announced that Riverside House in Woolwich has received unanimous planning approval from the Royal Borough of Greenwich. 🎉

Designed for MDPL Group and City Inc., the approval includes: 332 Student rooms, a 265-room hotel, commercial spaces and public realm.

Andreas Markides helped to launch a new series of 'In Conversation With...' at the The Academy of Urbanism (AoU). Andreas hosted the inaugral guest, barrister and author Hashi Mohamed, alongside JTP LLP. The conversation tackled Housing, Social Mobility, the new NPPF.

Consent achieved for 6 new family homes for Luxgrove Capital Partners in Ealing, at the former bowls club. We're delighted to have worked with Savills and Red + White on this project.

A new permission for Dove Jeffrey Homes for a mixed use scheme in Southend-on-Sea. The scheme will provide 25 homes with commercial floorspace facing the high street.

The proposals were designed by Rohacs Architects Ltd. and led by Sphere 25.

Another planning success for Zedwell! The Markides Team had the tricky job of identifying solutions for the construction phase, with red route restrictions, TfL assets, taxi ranks, a petrol station and residential access! Great to see a unanimous approval go through.
