@GaintrustMikey I finally saw chest gains when I closed my eyes, retracted my scapula, and really tried to feel my chest. Was and is my weakest body part bc I struggled for years of not getting the connection. Now it’s catching up
@FowardAssist@BowTiedYukon I basically remade myself as a person, the way I interact with the world today is completely diff than how I used to, it’s a total identity transformation not just weight loss. Today I can lose 20 pounds like it’s nothing, but that’s just not the same thing.
@FowardAssist@BowTiedYukon I will say as a former 330 lb piece of lard, losing 150 pounds is definitely up there with the hardest things I’ve done just because of the challenge of staying consistent. It took years of learning about myself, my habits, and my body.
@toro__training I currently do 5 days, 50-60 minutes as it’s the best schedule for my job and life. Trying full body each day atm, on week 7 of the split and honestly it’s a blast! Love the exercise variety and volume, and recovery has been totally manageable. Big fan so far.
