@Barclays have never in my life dealt with a tech pack insurance like this STAY clear people I am doing a live on my insta with all relevant documents still there refusing to replace my handset after being robbed! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My feed will show call logs documents etc

@BarclaysUKHelp This complaint is pointless it’s taken me 3 weeks to sort it and cost me £198 to get back to Liverpool to sort this totally unacceptable with premium I have paid in the insurance plus this transport I would have had a handset paid out right, I can assure you tho if this isn’t
