The early majority—the big yellow chunk on the right—looks a lot like startups & SMEs: pragmatic, risk-aware, and focused on reliability, not novelty.

Our job is to help Ethereum cross that chasm.

3/ These orgs are also the backbone of jobs and informality.

In Africa, startups & SMEs generate 84% of employment; in South America/Europe/Oceania ~70%.
But a huge share operates informally, with no clear records, governance, or access to credit.

2/ To ground the problem, I started from the data.

99% of companies worldwide are startups or SMEs – ~391M orgs.
If Ethereum works for them, we’re not onboarding one wallet at a time, we’re onboarding whole networks of founders, teams & customers.
