@zavvi_cs Hi Thomas, I was having dialogue on DM but that stopped 5 days ago when I asked for Zavvi’s adr scheme and what duration is acceptable for me to claim loss of bargain.

Whats even more shocking is the staff are only allowed to toliet after six hours, many have to pee themselves out of view. This was reported.
