From Black Sabbath to Judas Priest The Crown is Birmingham’s spiritual home of music… But I dread it just being mausoleum to old white blokes.
It should be the beating heart of contemporary Brummie musical talent like Katherine Priddy, Katie Malco, Johnny Foreigner et al.
Huge thanks to @HarrylLeach for bringing coverage to this, and to everyone that liked, RT’d and dealt with my constant moaning here over the last year. 🤣
Although, we’re far from finished.

🚨 BREAKING: A powerful wave of solidarity is sweeping social media.
Thousands of Brits are honoring Henry Nowak’s tragic death by posting videos of themselves taking a knee.
Jim Davidson is near tears as he gives his opinion on the Henry Nowak murder and police incompetence.
He ends with ‘Someone Fucking do something about this’
“I’m with you Jim. Such an awful horrific case which I’ve shed many tears over. Just unbelievable and heartbreaking 💔”
After seeing that truly horrific bodycam footage, the incredible composure and profound dignity that Henry Nowak's father showed in front of the cameras is even more impressive and moving.
I couldn't hold it together like he did
My heart goes out to him and his family 💔
This couple have been caught on camera fly-tipping near Nuneaton. The evidence will be passed to the Leader of Warks County Council @_GeorgeFinch who, we have full confidence, will ensure these people are prosecuted. @bbcmtd
We've seen Keir Starmer ignore Wayne Broadhurst. We're seeing him ignore Siobhan White, the mother of Rhiannon White. Now we're seeing him ignore Henry Nowak.
No one should stay quiet about this.
These are real people and real families. Henry Nowak was a young man with his whole life ahead of him, yet the Prime Minister has not even publicly acknowledged him.
The very least his family deserves is that.
Release the Bodycam Footage: The Henry Nowak Case Demands Full Transparency
In the early hours of December 4, 2025, 18-year-old university student Henry Nowak lost his life in Southampton.
What should have been a straightforward investigation into a brutal stabbing has instead raised serious questions about police conduct and the withholding of critical evidence.
Many people including Elon Musk have been vocal on X, repeatedly calling for the immediate release of both the police bodycam footage and the video from Henry’s own phone.
“The court needs to show the police body cams and the video on Nowak’s phone,” Elon posted, as Elon is always in search of truth.
Elon has also highlighted disturbing details: a young man bleeding heavily from multiple stab wounds was reportedly handcuffed and dragged instead of receiving immediate medical aid.
“This poor boy was running away from someone who stabbed him & stole his phone, but the police in the UK attacked him instead of his murderer,” Elon wrote.
As Elon Musk has offered to help fund a wrongful death lawsuit against the officers involved, the core issue remains simple: why is the full video evidence still not public?
In an age of widespread body cameras, transparency should be the baseline and not an exception.
Henry Nowak’s family and the public deserve answers. Full footage release is the first step toward real justice.
I am genuinely shocked that Keir Starmer has still not mentioned Henry Nowak.
A young man has lost his life in tragic circumstances, yet there has been no acknowledgement from the Prime Minister. A simple expression of sympathy would not be too much to ask.
Rest in peace, Henry.
