@virginmedia So with another week’s downtime, how will I be compensated? Are you able to increase my O2 data allowance as I have had to hotspot for nearly a week and will for another week now on nonstop video calls + TV streaming in the evenings
@virginmedia - this has been my internet since Thursday. Meant to have 350mbs but instead I’ve got nothing / very unstable. The below screenshot is unedited. I’ve done all checks and tests that you offer online. You better increase my O2 data allowance for all this hotspotting!!!
@virginmedia The second screenshot is from ‘test my hub”’- someone from Virgin Media Support on WhatsApp sent an “optimization” to the hub at 12:24 today but as you can see from the images, it has done nothing to fix the issue which has persisted since Thursday.
@virginmedia - terrible customer service. Queued up at 12 to be told to call back at 3, now queued for 40 min and think I’ve been kicked out of the queue. Called to cancel my contract, no chance I’ll stay now. Cancel my contract!

@British_Airways - our flight from OTP to LHR is delayed by 1.5h and the lounge you advertise (the reason we're already here) doesn't exist anymore despite you saying it's open 24/7. How do I get this reimbursed?

@British_Airways been in the phone queue for 1h for changing flights that you cancelled; gave me error message online and now only gives option of calling. Poor even for these times!!
