@ThreeUKSupport Day 5, same shit as the last 4 days. For the last 2 days I have been told it will be resolved this evening and then same issues following day. Who do I escalate to?
@ThreeUKSupport So 4 days of the network being unavailable and the best you can do is give me a URL to your contact us page, what a joke! You said yesterday your engineer said work would be completed yesterday. So what the actual situation and issue??
