@SlowToWrite But aren't we created in the image of God? Love thy neighbour? Do unto others as you would have done unto you? For a supposedly tolerant loving religion, Christians sure do come across as judgemental bigots
@KemiBadenoch@Conservatives Never mind stamp duty, put a limit on the number of properties individuals and private companies are allowed to own, which will increase the housing availability, which might reduce house prices and get some of them towards being affordable for those of us that DON'T get freebies
@KemiBadenoch@Conservatives If only ANY of you current crop of politicians and MPs (all denominations) had the fortitude, honesty, integrity, and strength of character!
@Conservatives Because of course it isn't the inability to save £30-40k for a 10% deposit with the current levels of rent and household bills that's preventing most people from buying. That don't get their rent and utility bills paid for them
@JoeyMannarinoUS When I visit America I want to see the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas, I don't want to get shot. How does anyone from a land full of immigrant descendants that wiped out the native population dare comment about immigrants taking over?
@JamesCleverly From a member of the party that gave us corruption, fake PPE contracts, lies to sell Brexit, no 'oven ready' deal that was promised (Boris probably forgot to get one of his sponsors to provide an oven for it). The damage your self serving lot did takes time to recover from
@mjsimpsonfilms@JuliaLopezMP Why would a Tory worry about facts?!! Or accuracy? Other than working out their own expense claims (or at least when making sure they're getting what they claimed for, the claim will probably be over inflated fiction up to the max claim limits)
@KemiBadenoch There's more strikes because the Tories drove down the standard of living and drove up the cost of living whilst lining their own pockets safe in the knowledge that they wouldn't have to deal with the consequences. Ordinary workers have reached breaking point because of them
@Conservatives If we want it we have to earn it- shame your (former) colleagues didn't believe in that when they were busy lining their pockets during their last Governmental ruination of the country
@KemiBadenoch Didn't she refer herself to HMRC and the parliamentary standards committee? And pay the extra tax? And how do you have the gall to throw insults about evading taxes with YOUR party's record in that department? Or your second home just outside the threshold to grift expenses?
@NotEvolution1 Shall we also discuss those that believe in a deity/deities yet don't believe in aliens? Because surely a deity not of this earth is by very definition an extra terrestrial?
@KemiBadenoch Do you mean homeowners, or do you mean all the Tory MPs who own a portfolio of properties to profiteer from the housing shortage (caused in a large part by Tories selling of council properties and not building replacements)?
@KemiBadenoch It's easy to live within your means when you can claim £1300 for an electric bill for your second home! And vote yourself a pay rise far in excess of most of the working population (you do know you can vote to NOT accept the panel's recommendation?)
@narindertweets Actually, the way he worded it, he was inviting correction from his guests if he'd said anything that wasn't correct. He was very clear with the phrase "that's the narrative we're being fed". And he seems like a genuinely good person, who is happy to be put straight if he's wrong
@KemiBadenoch Ever hear that saying about people in glass houses? Before making trite comments like that, just take a few moments to consider what your lot did to the country in their 14 years of raping the working class to fund themselves and their cronies. (Electric bills etc for 2nd homes)
@elonmusk Any comments about foreigners and immigrants from someone that A) is a foreigner and B) comes from a country denouncing immigrants as evil when their entire population (bar about 0.1%) is of immigrant descent has no place or traction
