@angelgrace2011@PremPropLawyers The chain is just me and my buyer, they are also using ppl which I’m not sure is a good or bad thing. The lender said if ppl could raise another title deed we would have 15 days to complete the sale but unfortunately I’m not able to put this suggestion forward as still no coms.
@angelgrace2011@PremPropLawyers Yes I can see your point, it’s very just unfortunate that in a situation like this said standard practice can put someone like myself in a very awkward situation. As you’re in the profession and if you you don’t mind me asking what action would you suggest I take?
@angelgrace2011@PremPropLawyers I can see why that might be done if exchange and completion dates are very close together but otherwise doesn’t seem logical. Everything I’ve read states the funds are requested when a transfer deed is created after exchange. Also my failed exchange was prior to Systems failure.
