Today marks the second anniversary of the #GDPR. A lot has been achieved over the past two years. While we, as regulators, may have come across some practical challenges, we are determined to overcome these to make cross-border cooperation a lasting success.

@MattHancock Public interest is a compelling reason to process certain data and removes the obligation to uphold some rights. But, the GDPR principles must be observed. For example, only processing as much data as is required, accuracy and keeping it only as long as is necessary.
We had a great session with our charity members yesterday, which raised much discussion on charity fraud, GDPR and re-branding a benevolent charity. Thank you to our speakers and everyone that came.
