Where is the live chat service on the website? It seems to have vanished.
I spent ages writing a complaint and it has also disappeared. Can you confirm you have received it?

@virginmedia Are there currently problems in the LU2 area?
The main page says everything is ok but for the past 4 days the internet has been intermittent at best.

Running a test then says there are issues in my postcode. Is anyone looking into this?

@virginmedia I have tried calling that number several times but each time, part way through the call the line just goes dead.
I managed to get as far as vaguely hearing something about a complex issue with the phones but nothing about Broadband. What should I do next?
