@johnlewishelp However, I was told this could not be done. I have spent a lot at John Lewis but it doesn't matter in the end. I don't think I was unreasonable asking for the broken chime to be replaced under the guarantee

Won't be bothering buying my electrics from @JohnLewisRetail anymore. The guarantees they offer aren't worth anything in real terms to the consumer

@johnlewishelp The ring chime has failed and because you no longer stock that product bought last year it can't be repaired or replaced and I will have to send the entire unit back for a refund. I will then have to buy a new ring doorbell and pay for another chime.
