@WestJet You couldn’t even get me home in one piece. Delayed again, didn’t put enough gas in your plane, allowed a very sick passenger on the plane, removed, missed window so not allowed to fly to YYC. AND another 8.5 hr delay. Over 2 hr wait in your guest services line. Unbelievable.

After 1 flight change (9.5 hrs delayed), 3 delays, & 5+ gate changes (& counting), @Westjet you’re really nailing this business model! 😠 In the last 3 yrs I haven’t had a single “normal” flight w you! You get no more chances. Wipe the slate of senior mgmt & clean up this mess

@WestJet Once I’ve had a chance to recover from the constant trauma, WestJet puts me in I will be putting in for compensation. Like I said in three years if you check the history of flying, I’ve had with WestJet not one flight has gone as planned multiple holidays.
