Change is uncomfortable and hard as hell. When leaders expect others to change without participating + holding themselves accountable - it’s almost impossible. When leaders show up and model the vulnerability required for transformation change - it’s often unstoppable.
I'm in ♥️ w/this idea. In fact, I ♥️ it SO much that I'll pick one person (teacher, librarian, principal, coach, etc) from everyone who RTs this post, and I'll buy that person their own stamp. Same as the one pictured, but w/your name. Go! #booklove#bookaday#readthisnow
Neat activity idea:
At the beginning of the #school year, ask your students to write down adjectives they would use to describe themselves.
At the end of the year, do the same activity again & ask your #students to compare the two lists.

Someone asked me yesterday what do I get now that I have my master’s in teacher leadership. I get to be a better advocate for my profession, public education, students, teachers, and families! #teacherleader
