Fines for riding public transport without a valid ticket in WA has recently increased from $200 - $5000.

So just figured out that in NSW carrying pepper spray (prohibited weapon) has a penalty of 14 years of imprisonment - the same penalty for sexual assault.

If people think women should be responsible for mitigating risk why can't we use pepper spray in self defence? #WAallowsit
