@united I’m coming for your card, please accept me. Fckn done with @CapitalOne travel after today. I promise. But I’m kind of mad at you too because why would you reduce my flights so much within 25 hrs. Ugh. I paid $2400 currently the flights are $1700 this is insane.
@CapitalOne@AskCapitalOne I don’t see any advantage in being a card holder when your policies are honestly unfair & only benefit you. I purchased a flight on Wednesday &called twice 25 hours later and just now to advocate for myself. My flight was reduced by $700 after purchase.
That is a significantly large amount & had I purchased this flight on United, they would have honored the new fare 25 hours later. I am so upset & wish to change to a travel card with better benefits ADAP. SMH.
My family decided to join me so I purchased their flights as well and upgraded 1 daughter to sit with me. They got the same exact fare but were placed in group 3. Make it make sense please! @united
@united - hoping someone can clarify something for me. I purchased a flight at full price, also upgraded my seats. You guys put me in Group 5 boarding. Why? I literally paid full price + extra for upgraded seats in row 10.
You know what @United I’m upset and tired of being overlooked for silver status. Last year I literally flew 13 PQF!!! I’m a working mom, how am I supposed to fly 15 times in one year?!?!!! I couldn’t swing it in December and because of that I didn’t make status?!?! Whyyyyyy 🥺🥺
