@AirEuropa I’m not even asking for anything complicated anymore.
I just want my luggage back and a clear answer about where it is and when it will be delivered.
Almost 2 months of waiting, multiple calls, contradictory information, and still no resolution.
So apparently my luggage has been found, they know it’s in Madrid, and I’ve given them my address and phone number…
Yet I’ve been waiting another month for an email or a phone call.
How is it this difficult to simply communicate with a customer? @AirEuropa
And here’s where it gets ridiculous.
When I ask where my luggage actually is, I get contradictory answers.
First: “We don’t have information about where the bag is.”
Then, after asking more questions: “We found it, but we’re still confirming with Madrid.”
@AirEuropa
I waited a week and checked the tracking information.
My address hadn’t been updated. Neither had my phone number.
So I contacted customer service again, only to be told:
“Sorry, we forgot.”
@AirEuropa
When I landed back in Italy, I went directly to the lost luggage department.
They told me they could track my bag and confirmed that it was in Madrid.
So I asked them to simply send it to my address near Venice.
@AirEuropa
I finished my vacation in Morocco one month ago, and my luggage was still missing.
Every time I contact @AirEuropa customer service, I get the same answer:
“Sorry, we’re still waiting. We’ll give you more information once we find it.”
immediately filed a lost luggage report at Marrakech airport and waited, hoping the issue would be resolved quickly.
Almost 2 months later, I still don’t have my luggage.
@AirEuropa
@AirEuropa Worst company ever when it comes to handling lost luggage.
I flew with Air Europa on August 7 from Venice to Morocco, with a layover in Madrid. When I landed in Marrakech, my luggage was nowhere to be found.
